You will: participate in marketing promotions, partnership collaborations, and member events; develop new customer networks and expand brand visibility; support in-store campaigns and assist with sales strategy execution.
Skin Solution Consultant
If you excel in communication and listening, you'll use professional knowledge and a gentle approach to help clients discover the most suitable skincare solutions.
You will: understand client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products; collaborate with the beautician team to achieve sales goals; build strong client relationships and increase return visits.
Salon Manager
With a strong sense of responsibility and leadership, you'll guide your team to create a professional, warm, and inspiring care environment.
You will: oversee overall salon operations and sales management; lead the team to achieve revenue and service quality goals; build a positive salon culture and strengthen team cohesion.
Assistant Manager
As key support to salon management and operations, you ensure the daily stability and efficiency of the outlet.
You will: assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and staff scheduling; coordinate team training and goal setting; support customer relationship management and after-sales service.
Senior Beautician
With solid technical expertise and customer service experience, you'll become a trusted skincare partner to our clients.
You will: provide professional skincare management and fascia treatments independently; assess skin conditions and offer personalized treatment advice; guide and mentor junior beauticians in their career growth.
Junior Beautician
New to the beauty industry? We provide comprehensive training from basic skincare techniques to client care, helping you build confidence and technical skills step by step.
You will: perform basic facial treatments and assist with machine operations; learn professional fascia massage techniques and skincare procedures; participate in internal training and continuous skill development programs.
